Why
haven't you replied to my emails?
We receive an unimaginable amount of emails every day. Unfortunately, the majority of these emails are Spam, and therefore we spend each morning deleting all the emails that don’t have a relevant subject line or a recognisable address. If you do this, we’re much more likely to notice and take a point of your email. You have our most sincere apologies if you have been trying to contact us for a while, but please try to understand how much correspondence we try to get through on a daily basis, and be prepared by making your email stand out. I you really can’t stand to wait, then remember there are other ways to get in touch with us. Our office is manned from nine to five (if not later) every weekday, and there is always someone at the other end of the phone. [TOP]
