Event Cover

   All Wales Ambulance Services has provided emergency medical cover for a host of special events across the nation. Whatever your specific needs, we will do our best to meet them. We have a wide range of vehicles available (for example, we have 4x4 vehicles for events in a less hospitable terrain) and our staff always provide a friendly, first-class service. You can be assured that we will do all we can to help your event be as successful as it possibly can be.

   Whatever your special event, call our office and we will arrange a service to meet your requirements. We charge a flat rate – no extra charges are made for any work carried out during the events or for the cost of any equipment used.

   Typical examples of the kinds of events we have experience with are:

Motorcycle events (Cross Country Scrambles, etc.)

   We have 4x4 vehicles, well suited for this kind of event. They are all fully kitted with spinal immobilisation equipment suitable for both adults and children, resuscitation equipment, trauma kits, as well as the usual pain relief and medical observation requirements. We would recommend that Ambulance Technician crews be used for this event, but Paramedics can be made available at a small charge.

Horse Trials, Gymkhanas, etc

   As above, plus all the requirements set out by the British Horse Trials Association (See their website at www.britisheventing.com). As you would fully be aware – these kinds of events are not the place for a novice. As such, our crews are, as always, fully trained, and have lots of experience to help them cater to your needs. Paramedics are available and re recommended at such events. Costs reflect full cover to BHTA standards.

Corporate Events

   Not always requiring the 4x4 vehicles, we have either Technician or Paramedic crews available – a quick chat about your needs would let us help you to decide what your event would require. First Aid cover is also available if required. All equipment required for us to carry out our duties safely are priced as standard.

Specialised events

   From film and television sets (such as Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and Doctor Who), to boxing matches or even carnivals, All Wales has done it all. Well, maybe not everything, but we’re sure that we can cater to whatever needs you may have. All it takes is a quick phone call with no obligations, and we will be able to tell you whether we are able to carry out what you require.
