Vacancies

At All Wales Ambulance Services Ltd, we pride ourselves on our energetic, passionate, outspoken and down-to-earth training staff, who all show great compassion and understanding every day in their duties.

We are currently searching for new trainers in the South Wales area to join our existing staff, and assist us with a new temporary contract. The contract will run between the months of January and March 2012, with a view to possible further employment.

Manual Handling Trainer

We are seeking experienced individuals who are lively, engaging and passionate about their subject. We are preferably seeking those who would be able to work on a Self-Employed basis, but full-time employment may be negotiable for the right candidate. The position will initially be open from January-March 2012, and will involve an average 32 hour working week.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Care Industry is essential
  • Ability to deliver the All Wales Manual Handling Passport Scheme
  • A Full, Clean Driving licence (having your own transport is useful but not essential)
  • Either long-term Experience as a Manual Handling Trainer, or a full accredited training qualification (Such as PTLLS)

First Aid Trainer

  • A background in First Aid/Ambulance work is ideal
